Train with a friend, or two or three! Achieve goals together with the same intentionality and customization of one-on-one training.

In Home Training

Have some equipment or a home gym that you want to learn how to use? Let me come to you! I’ll train you in the comfort and convenience of your own home gym.

Health and Wellness Coaching

Nutrition and habit coaching programs available in 4, 8, or 12-week formats. Each includes a 60-minute deep-dive session, follow-up check-ins, and unlimited email or text support, with additional sessions available.

About
Madison

Madison is the coach behind MadKatFit and is passionate about helping women grow stronger and more confident through fitness. She has worked with clients one-on-one, in group settings, and online, coaching women of many ages and experience levels. Madison especially enjoys helping beginners take the fear and intimidation out of the gym by teaching proper form and building strength step by step. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where women feel comfortable learning and growing in their fitness journey. Through strength training and healthy habits, she helps women discover just how strong and capable they truly are.
